Imagine playing catch with your buddy standing some 40 to 50 feet apart. But instead of asking you to throw him the ball normally, he asks you to throw the ball at a 45 degree angle to the ground and land right where he is standing! Not only that, he asks you to open up your palm and let the baseball roll up your hand and fingers as you try to throw the ball! What do you think the odds are that you will hit his glove? Close to ZERO!

My friends and fellow golfers, that's exactly what chipping and pitching with a lob wedge is like! Not my opinion, that's exactly what the TrackMan research study showed chipping and pitching with a lofted wedge over 45 degrees! "Spinrate and launch angle are compromised because the ball starts to roll up and skid across the face of clubs over 45 degrees in loft". If you want to keep flubbing those shots, dumping them right in front of your feet or blading them across the green, just keep on doing what you are doing with that lob wedge. If you want to get better FAST, get The Chipping Equation video at and start learning how to play the highest percentage shots "ON THE GROUND" confirmed by the TrackMan analysis!

You will never have seen anything like this comprehensive system before! The Equation will teach you how to use two clubs and two formulas that will give you control over shots all around the green that you will never have before experienced! You are leaving strokes on the course if you don't give The Chipping Equation a try! The only thing you have to lose is 2-3-4 strokes a round off your scores! I guarantee it!

NEWS FLASH: Recent TrackMan test results clearly show why the high lofted wedges are such difficult and inconsistent choices for chipping and pitching. The test, conducted by a Danish PGA Professional and one of the three original #TrackMan Master calibrators, making over 200 chips during a 3 hour session, compared 8 different metrics between high lofted wedges and the less lofted clubs. The tester commented, "the less lofted clubs produce much more consistent carry and roll out patterns". Results found that "with lofts over 45 degrees the golf ball starts to roll up the face and skids across the face challenging spin rates, launch angles and smash factor" (quality of strike).

For example, in chipping and pitching, the spin rate is actually significantly higher on an 8 iron than the spin rate of a lob wedge and the smash factor of the 8 is almost twice that of the lob wedge! The launch angle of the lob wedge, at 44 plus degrees, is over 3 times the launch angle of the 8 iron and the decent of the lob wedge is almost 4 times steeper than the decent angle of the 8 iron. The apex of the lob wedge arc is over 9 times the height of the 8 iron apex! These differences are significant. What do they mean? More consistency and predictability with the benefits of horizontal momentum versus vertical momentum.

Sure, a full swing lofted wedge shot produces high spin rates at an 80 or 90 mph swing speed. But the chip or pitch swing speed is below 30 mph and the research clearly shows that with the ball rolling up the face and skidding across the face, launch angel, spin rate and smash factor are challenged! What does that mean? It means inconsistent results where the ball will not finish close enough to the hole to make a high percentage of the putts! Even on the PGA TOUR, we often see poor results with lofted wedges, around the green!

The Chipping Equation, with its two simple formulas, two less lofted clubs to match the formulas and modifications for terrain and green speeds, will produce for you a shot pattern that results in gimmies! This is not our opinion. This is now fact! If you want to score better and take strokes off your game, you must get The Chipping Equation and start learning this unique system!

Why continue with the same old chipping method, guessing and loosing 3-4-5-6 or more shots per round? Take advantage of new innovation supported by science, The Chipping Equation, and with some practice you will get better and better with this proven more fundamentally consistent system. Step off your distance to the hole, divide the distance by one of the two simple formulas and mark your landing spot, make any modifications to the landing spot necessary to allow for uphill or downhill or grass length (if your landing spot is short of the green), get in your setup, make a couple practice strokes thinking about how much energy you need to land the ball on your calculated spot and then chip the ball! Keep you head down thru the strike but look out to see if you hit your landing spot and then watch the ball roll, roll, roll right up to the cup!

Get The Chipping Equation now and start learning to save those strokes around the green. Build something that will last you the rest of you golfing career!

So your game is not improving. Every time you go out to the course you're playing the same way and naturally getting the same results. So why not try something new?

The most likely path to lower scores for 98% of golfers today is chipping. If we acknowledge that nobody makes a high percentage of putts outside ten feet, perhaps chipping the ball closer to the hole is our most realistic option for improvement.

Stop guessing. Learn a system to chip balls closer to the hole so you can make a high percentage of those putts! 2-3-4 strokes or more per round can be saved by learning The Chipping Equation system that teaches players how to calculate the proper landing spot and make necessary modifications for a variety of terrain and green speeds. Recent TrackMan test results support The Chipping Equation’s foundation for playing most shots around the green, on the ground, rolling like a putt. This horizontal momentum is more consistent and predictable than any lob shot and will drive positive results. So what do you have to lose? Give it a try, gain an advantage. It can change your game forever!
